Return & Exchange

If you're not completely happy with an item, we'll exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us unmarked, unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached and with its original packaging.

When trying on bras or other garments avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with the item. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.

 Products can be returned within 28 days of receipt of goods, by Post to Our company e-mail us for returns address info@flirtywomen.com

 For returns, please e-mail us prior to returning and we will provide a returns address. Please provide the reason for return, order number, name, email address, phone number.

Please allow up to 14 working days for us to receive the goods. Once we have checked off the goods we will process your refund                   

We do not refund our postage costs for returns.

We cannot accept returns of intimate lingerie , bodies, wigs, thongs, briefs, hosiery, body stockings and due to hygiene reasons and stockings going out of shape so please choose sizes carefully. However if there is a fault with the item please do not hesitate in contacting us
